Title: Partner Success Manager 

Position Summary 

The Partner Success Manager is responsible for managing relationships among a diverse portfolio of existing corporate partners.  In addition to meeting business development and relationship management goals, the Senior Partner Success Manager negotiates and executes agreements with corporate & government partners, ensuring precise execution and fulfillment of completed agreements as assigned.  The Out & Equal model of corporate engagement is based on bringing a multitude of benefits (trainings, in-person events, advisory services, and more) to current and potential partners for consideration and solidification in their annual agreements. The Partner Success Manager must therefore be highly fluent in the work of Out & Equal and understand the field of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) in order to make effective and persuasive proposals.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Support and provide assistance to Chief Revenue and Growth Officer (CRGO) leadership in the intake and fulfillment of new and existing partner contracts 
  • Grow and advance portfolio of modest to moderate level partnerships by identifying opportunities upsell and cross-sell 
  • Leverage job knowledge to propose new services, service enhancements, and opportunities for collaboration 
  • Develop and implement strategies for growing an assigned portfolio on behalf of Out & Equal 
  • Research and discuss relationship enhancements with partners via written proposals, presentations and follow up to generate revenue 
  • Work with Salesforce to accurately track and report out various details of partnership information 
  • Issue and track event Partnership Agreements and invoices to meet audit and finance requirements 
  • Work collaboratively with Out & Equal internal partners to ensure all corporate partner expectations are met; 
  • Support the Events team in execution of conference elements as needed 
  • Support small projects as needed 
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Technology: 

  • Office 365 

Preferred Technology: 

  •  Salesforce or similar CRM 
  • Experience with Asana, Slack, and other project management tools 

Language(s): English 

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or related field. 

Minimum Experience: Four (4) years relevant experience. 

Licenses/Certifications: N/A 

Location: Remote, DC or San Francisco base preferred. 

Exemption Status: Exempt 

Position Type: Full-time , regular
 

Salary:

  • Typical hiring range for high cost of living cities: $67,687 - $90,249.00 base + bonus potential (DC/NYC/CA/Seattle) 
  • Typical hiring range for medium cost of living cities: $57.533.95 - $ base +73.711.65 bonus potential (Philadelphia, Orlando, Richmond, Etc.) 

Required Travel: 20%
